In January 2026, we decided to shake up old Mougins a little.
For seven days, Resto des Arts welcomed seven chefs, seven sommeliers and seven different culinary experiences for the first edition of the Résidences d’Hiver.
The idea was simple: invite talents from different horizons, hand them the keys to our kitchen, and create a one-of-a-kind experience every evening around a menu dreamed up especially for the occasion.
From French-Asian cooking to Mediterranean inspirations, by way of Mexico and a few more unexpected ideas, each evening had its own personality.
The event was also a chance to bring cuisine, wine and art into conversation, three worlds that are very close to our hearts.
But beyond the plates, what we'll remember most are the encounters, the conversations, the discoveries and the incredible energy of that week.
A way of showing that even in the depths of winter, old Mougins can be very much alive.
