Great news for Resto des Arts: in August 2026, we were awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur!
Behind this title lies a belief that has been with us since day one: good cooking starts with good ingredients and people who know how to work with them.
The Maître Restaurateur title is a distinction awarded by the French State. It recognises, in particular, homemade cooking prepared on site from raw ingredients, as well as the skill and craft of restaurant professionals.
For us, it's an important recognition of the way we work.
Fresh produce, respect for the seasons, producers we love working with, and a team that puts heart into every plate.
This distinction doesn't change the way we cook. It simply recognises what we try to do every day, with high standards and a lot of pleasure.
A real moment of shared pride, and one more reason to keep doing things properly.
